Our service learning course offers students the unique opportunity to interact and become part of the community in which they are studying.

Students will learn about a segment of the community in their coursework and will use what they learn and apply it while working in and providing a service for the community of Morelos. Students will further their knowledge by reflecting on their experiences in the field during their classes and also through electronic journals that will be shared with the group.

This course is a way to rapidly advance while providing desperately needed assistance to the local community. What better way to learn Spanish than to apply it by communicating with, giving                                                          back to, and interacting with people in the community in which the students study.
